Remote Assistance

Simplicity

Our remote assistance service is simple. When you call us to setup a remote session, we will direct you to our remote assistance website. You then enter the session key we provide to you, click install, and we'll take it from there. Our technicians will have temporary control of your PC until the repairs have been completed. The remote assistance plug-in is small and is automatically removed from your system when the support session has ended. Powered by Citrix, the remote sessions are fast and secure.

Save Time & Money

When you schedule a remote support session and we connect to your system, you are free to carry on with your daily activities while we solve your problem. Once we have access to the computer we are able to control the system as if we were there at your desk. We do not require that you remain on the phone during the session. You can even leave your home or office while we're connected. Once the repairs are completed, we disconnect and the remote assistance software is automatically removed from your system. Remote assistance is also less expensive than having a repair technician come to your home or office.

Requirements

Obviously not all computer problems can be solved remotely. Hardware failures, very severe virus infections, and internet connectivity issues are examples of problems that cannot be resolved with remote assistance. Below are some basic requirements for our service. 

  • Broadband Internet Connection

  • Ability to access the internet via your web browser

  • Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7

  • Credit card pre-payment over the phone for new clients
