Remote Assistance Service
Now Available!

Our remote assistance service allows our local DMC technicians to remotely connect to your PC and resolve the issues you are experiencing. While not all problems can be solved remotely, this is a great new option for many common PC problems. Simply navigate to our remote support site and enter the session key we provide to you. A small plug-in will be installed temporarily through your browser allowing you to grant us temporary access to your system until the repairs are completed. Call us today for more details.
